There should be mounting holes under your handlebars for an out front mount and there are products out there that will include the standard twist mounts for a cycle computer on top and some will also include a mount under for lights/GoPros. For my aero bars I bought this product and it was well worth the money. It’s metal, solid and fit perfectly.

Bought a garmin/gopro mount on amazon which mounted easily to the underside of the bars, then a gopro adapter for my old lights. There are many available on amazon, I liked the one I got where the gopro mount was closer to the bars (at underside of course) compared to the garmin mount, so a heavy light will "swing" less ... causing less force, lower chance of breaking away.
