If you don't want to fight for trying to get the latest CPU and GPU you can find some deals.

This my current rig and runs Max (well hell everything) very well.

CPU - 3900x

MB - MSI Mag X570 Tomahawk - This is the best x570 at this price point. You can upgrade to the new AMD CPU later if you want. It gives you room to grow.

RAM - 64 GB G.SKILL Ripjaws V Series DDR4 SDRAM DDR4 3600 CL16 - This RAM hits that sweet spot when paired with 3900x

GPU - RTX 2070 Founders Super Cock 8GB RAM

SSD - Sabrent 1TB Rocket NVMe 4.0 Gen4 PCIe M.2 - This SSD was rated highest in a lot of benchmarks. If you have questions on SSDs you can ask in https://www.reddit.com/r/NewMaxx/ . Also the MSI Mag x570 Tomahawk has a 2nd m.2 drive for expansion.

CPU Cooler - Noctua NH-D15 chromax.Black

PSU - RMx White Series™ RM850x — 850 Watt 80 PLUS® Gold Certified Fully Modular PSU - I wouldn't recommending buying direct from them. Their customer service is terrible.

CASE - Lian Li LANCOOL II Mesh RGB Case - I have built a lot of PCs over the years and this is hands down the best case I have ever owned. The engineering and thought behind it is impeccable. At this price point they have to be losing money. You might be able to find it for about $20 bucks cheaper on B&H Photo. Review

This build will run everything you need with a lot of headroom to grow down the road. Hope this is helpful.
