So, I actually found one that seems to work. I snagged this dock here from Amazon on a whim and decided to try it out. It took a little TLC with the setup and I had to install their driver, but effectively it looks like it get's around the MacBook's daisy chaining issue by using the dock itself to relay the image out to a third monitor. It's not great for gaming, but for general work it's phenomenal. I've been running 3 monitors with a 2019 MBP for about two weeks now without issue.
No problem. I use this one: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0838WTFD1/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1
Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the displaylink manager? Might be worth a shot, lol.
