There are a ton and it kind of depends on your price point. I would probably recommend this: https://www.amazon.com/CycleOps-9904-Fluid2-Trainer-Black/dp/B00EPM7T1M/ref=sr_1_3?ie=UTF8&qid=1529969919&sr=8-3&keywords=cycleops+trainer
It takes like 2 minutes to throw your bike in and out of the trainer once you've done it a few times. CycleOps is a reputable brand among cyclists too so if you decide you hate it you can always throw it on eBay at end of the fall and get half your money back.
If you ride it a lot you will want to get a training tire (basically just a thicker tire, or you can use an old worn out one) to ride on so you don't trash your current one.
It's kind of a rabbit hole from there...once you have the trainer you can get a heart rate monitor, speed sensor and cadence sensor and then ride on Zwift or TrainerRoad (two cycling-specific workout apps).
Feel free to PM if you want and let me know what kind of bike you have and I can give you more specific guidance. I'm a cyclist that just reads r/fitness occasionally so if I were in your position I'd end up just blowing it all on cycling training stuff haha.
