You can have them fix it and not paint. I was serious about a self-fix, also. You can get something like this: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B091YXR9L5/ and use it to heat-set a piece of metal into the bumper where the hooks are broken. Then use something like this: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00B1FKCGA/ to re-form the plastic around the new wire supports.
I'm not sure on the thickness of the bumper plastic but you may also be able to fix it more creatively along the same lines.
