The bars are really cheap and they work well for a lot of people. They don't have the sodium sulfacetamide the the Rx products do though, but they're often way better than nothing and might help with acne-like symptoms.

I've had success with the Dermaharmony and Sal3 ones, but I haven't seen the Sal3 on Amazon since pre-pandemic. I like the ones that also have Salicylic Acid, but not everyone with rosacea tolerates SA well.

They're still soaps though and can be very drying. A good moisturizer after is going to be very important.

Edit: also, I have yet to find a non-soap OTC sulfur cleanser worth bothering with. I tried this one, but the texture and odor are unpleasant and the sulfur content (3%) is really low compared to the 10% in the soaps.
