the reviews seemed promising and i'm working with a small-ish budget for grow lights.
I'm located in Stockton, CA. I wasn't sure what zones meant until now, thank you for the info on zones and cilantro. I'll have to put the seeds aside until later this year then.
So, i'd have to move the tomatoes & peppers from the seedling trays to another pot indoors before they're big enough to go outside? Just to confirm.
My long term plans are to get one of these bags/containers as we rent and i don't want to put veggies / plants in the ground also because I don't know how well they'll do in the ground. I haven't had any transplants yet, this is my first year doing everything from seed. The mature plants i had from last year, my fresno pepper died due to the cold winter & honestly neglect on my part, my jalapeno plant is doing well despite the cold winter and same with my dwarf meyer lemon tree that i got from lowe's. I used one of those frost blankets ontop of them during the last couple of months and have left them outside.
I'm currently trying to germinate some seeds in a ziploc bag with a wet paper towel seeing if that helps give them a leg up. Should i take them out and just put them into the trays? I got this one from home depot today:
