Tajin is a Mexican spice blend that is good on a lot of things. I particularly like it on tropical fruit like mango and pineapple.

Everything Bagel Seasoning is really good with eggs.

Old Bay is good on seafood and potatoes.

Furikake is a Japanese spice mix that brings white rice to another level.

Garam Masala is an Indian spice mix good in curries.

Chinese Five Spice is classic for fried rice, dumplings, egg rolls and cabbage, among other things.

Herbes de Provence is really good on a lot of veggies. I like it on carrots especially.

Za'atar is also good on veggies. Good with honey glazed carrots, and also grilled zucchini.

MSG is a staple in my pantry, as are Sichuan peppercorns.

Good luck at college, my friend!
