Sansi is a well regarded, fairly priced brand for home use grow lighting. I have a dozen+ Sansis around my dim house and my plants are very happy year round.

They have bulbs that you can put in gooseneck desk or floor lamps and point at the plants, or hang them from a pendant cord. They also have options that cover more area like this or this. For the monstera specifically I would not go lower than the 36W bulb, but preferably 60W+. The calathea will be happy sharing the monstera's light (just position so it's a bit further away) or with its own 15W+ light.

These types of lights are still far less intense than the sun, so make sure you leave them on for most of the day (12+ hours). Smart plugs make that easy!

Depending on your goals, a panel like this will cover much more area and allow you to grow high light requirement plants. I overwinter my full sun outdoor plants with one of those and they grow better than they do out in the sun in summer :)

Here it is. It's really powerful but I like that it has a dimmer dial for adjustment. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07TVD1Y3K/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_fabc_2FD2D5M888J8WYEBVFKG?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1

Great thanks for the advice! I read about the light I posted in the micro grow sub so I thought it was okay but what you're saying makes sense. This is the only light I can find like you're saying for a 2x4' tent space using a quantum board and a fat heat sink. If you have another you'd recommend can you please link it? https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07TVD1Y3K/

I was going to get this tent/fan combo. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B073TWGZ2R/ https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01M7S46YZ/
