The F7100 is not really that impressive a TV when you consider its picture quality, even at that low of a pricing. It is virtually identical to the F6300, which is $1600 on Amazon.com. The only real differences are the aesthetics and inclusion of 3D.

If it were me I'd be significantly more inclined to spend a bit more money on this Sony TV to get a rather noticeable increase in picture quality. Or, save the extra money and just stick with the F6300.
