It seems kinda frowned upon, but I did purchase a sword on Amazon and it turned out okay as far as I have seen. I will preface with the fact that I was not going on Amazon and expecting a legendary and unblemished cutting machine, I was simply exploring and testing my luck.

This is the sword that I got off of Amazon. For the price it is absolutely magnificent. It’s sturdy as hell, cuts good for the price, and feels great in the hands. The only reasonable issue is that you will not get the exact sword as shown in the pictures. They seem to vary slightly with every purchase as far as I could see from the reviews. The sword I ended up with is wonderful and I have no complaints, but just beware that may not be the case for anyone else that orders from that seller.
