Flash doesn't really have much to bounce off of imo. Like you wont be able to elluminate a stage or structure thats like 10meters away from you. and Bumped iso is ok but without the increased exposure time its also kinda just blurry and messy i found. If youre at a festival you kinda just sticking to fast shutter speeds just cause no tripod and everything is moving.

I haven't taken an SLR camera into a festival just cause it seems like a pain in the ass and I'm actually scared of breaking that.

I highly recommend taking a film camera in with you and just taking some nice portraits of moments. There's plenty of lit spots and the camera flash works perfectly inside of crowd for crew shots etc.

Interesting camera for festival usage. Super lightweight plus half frame so your rolls go further. So feels good to kinda just be trigger happy imo.
