Then since I had already made the purchase they refunded me the difference. That's all there was to it. I probably waited longer in line for the chat than the actual transaction. Honestly I didn't think they would do it, but figured it was worth a shot. I wonder if the guy was feeling nice, or made a mistake, or maybe it's fine with their policy, but I'm happy about it .
