Potassium (K) and Magnesium (Mg) help with muscle cramps. Something about hydration to the muscle.
Bananas are high in potassium. That's what my coaches always told us.
There are sports recovery drinks like Cytomax that are high in both K and Mg that include other electrolytes for hydration.

Since Calcium and Mg support each other a company called Calm make a Calcium, K, Mg powder mix that can be added to a drink.
