I've tried a similar electric shaver from Philips before and didn't like it: Shaving my head was tedious and it took multiple passes, especially in the back of my head, where my hairs are thicker. Because I had to do multiple passes, I also got skin irritation.
If you want to go with an electric shaver, I can recommend this one:

It does a decent job and I use it once in a while when not shaving my head using a razor. Shaving my head with the Remington takes me about 10 minutes. It's not as smooth or close as a razor, but good enough.
The Braun Series 9 does also a great job, but it's also quite expensive. By the way: Are you looking for trimmers or electric shavers? Electric shavers will give you a closer cut in general, but also might cause skin irritation.
If you're looking for a trimmer, then check this out:

It looks rather cheap, but feels sturdy and does a great job giving you a close trim. It's not completely down to 0, more like the day after a wet shave with a razor, but still. You could also trim your beard with that one, but I haven't tried that.
