I usually buy soundtrack on CDJapan. Just like /u/Mafiamaster50 said vocals are all the track with vocals in it while OST is the BGM.
EDIT: I took a look on amazon and I saw a soundtrack of Escha. I'm warning you this is the soundtrack of the anime, not the actual game.
