I really like Walker & Williams padded leather straps. They have really nice quality for an even better price. Some of them look a bit country, but I absolutely love mine. Bought one to combat the little bit of neck dive on my T-bird, and it works like a charm. I even bought the 4" wide one for my double neck and even though it's ridiculously wide, it feels great, really helps disperse the weight.
