just not the CMOS batteries for the Dell 3040 thin clients that have leads spot-welded directly to the battery that then run wires to one of the worlds tinest molex connectors.

The actual molex connector of which is actually even thinner and longer than that.
They literally designed and manufactured a product with a proprietary connector that prevents users from easily changing the CMOS batteries in their thin clients and then didn't make the batteries available to replace them. Sincerely, a still pissed off customer of yours with over 600 hundred 3040 thin clients that are going to begin "Press F1 to boot, press F2 to enter setup" every time they're restarted shortly.
