Before redoing your entire suspension you should try airing down your tires to 15 psi when on choppy dirt roads or doing moderate crawling.
tire deflators: (I have similar that are no longer manufactured. bought some of these for my buddies. out of 4 complete sets two individual deflators were machined poorly and I had to drill a little material out, no big whoop).

By all means upgrade your suspension if you want, but even with fantastic suspension I still air down for a smoother ride and more traction.
I wouldn't air down below 10psi without bead lockers. Risk losing a bead under force. But sub 10 is good for snow.
