Yes, with a couple caveats. In order for the no-neutral dimmers to get their power, they need to let a trickle of current through. This only works with lights (don't do this with switched outlets). If it's causing the lights to flicker when they should be off, which can happen if you're only switching a couple of small LED lights, you can put in a bypass to fix that.
