I've cut this clear craft plastic with my EA2, which is .007 inches thick for stencils. I'm not 100% positive, but I think I used the regular fine point blade, but I do own the deep cut blade as well. It took quite a few passes, but my stencil was very detailed.

Your pictures don't show the thickness, so it is hard to know which blade will work.
