The voltage is like 0.2V or something off. Idk how sensitive the board is tho
I don't get all the animosity in this post against aftermarket/third party chargers, so here's my 2 cents.
According to the Rad Power Bikes website the charger it comes with is a "48V, 2 amp charger".
This will equate to a 54.6V output on the charger itself. You can go higher than 2 amps (like 3 amps), but it won't necessarily mean faster charging and at some point (like 10 amps) it's going to be bigger, heavier, and more expensive.
I'm guessing from looking at the picture that the DC barrel plug is either 5.5x2.1mm or 5.5x2.5mm, the most common sizes. My Aventon uses a 5.5mm outside diameter and a 2.1mm inner diameter DC plug (and 3 amps, fwiw).
The most common configuration is the negative pole on the outer jacket of the plug, and positive pole on the inner of the plug, however I can't check this without physically looking at the Rad Power charger.
These single-output power bricks are commodity items and one that Rad Power sells is the same quality as 90% of the ones available on the market. I did a quick search on Amazon found this charger that has reasonably positive reviews and is compatible with rad power bikes, at least according to the Q&A and reviews. However, remember it's on you to make sure you get one that's compatible for your bike and it's on you if you go third party and anything breaks.
