Definitely the camcorder, I would never recommend a gopro as a primary camera. With the camcorder you will be able to have more diverse shots as opposed to the gopro were you are stuck with an ok fisheye.

Although, I would definitely not get that fisheye, instead I would opt for the Opteka Ninja 0.2x fisheye. Its only $10 more so its not that big of a price gap for the extra wideness and better glass.
