This is the protein powder I use personally. The only ingredient is the pea protein, so it does not contain any flavorings or other unhealthy additives.

Personally, after I lift weights I consume 2 PB&J sandwiches using whole peanut PB, low sugar Jelly (whole fruit jam would be preferable), and whole wheat bread. I use 200 calories worth of PB on each sandwich, which ends up being around 30 g of protein total for the meal. It's really quick and easy to make, and can be made before the workout, stored in a bag, and then eaten immediately after. Refueling your glycogen stores with the carbohydrates from the jelly and whole wheat bread is another added bonus! Post workout nutrition shouldn't solely be centered around protein.
