Marie recommends that you use any existing storage systems that you already have, and if you don't have any make them (tissue boxes, bottoms of milk cartons, taped together cardboard, etc...). This allows you to organize renting as you go through the konmari process. At the end you'll have a good understanding of what you have and what you you'll need.

That said, I've noticed an increase in advertising of organization/storage items in Amazon recently.

Photo boxes are nice as they provide a nice subdivision of dresser drawers and are pretty. I've recently purchased some [storage bins from MDesign](www.amazon.com/dp/B019NNWEO4/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_i_QVkCCbBEFH5K8).

In the past, I've also found lots good variety, especially for smaller bins, the dollar store.
