I think they look pretty good. Cable management is a pain a the bottom as all the cables are the same length. They use self adhesive strips that I haven't had too many issues with. I think I had one or two fall off a day or two of getting them, but haven't had any issues since.
I've had them for about 2 years. 1 year being used & the other year in storage due to me being deployed. So they suffered Indiana summers and winters, plugged them in a week ago and they are still working.

There is probably a better way to cable manage the bottom, but that is how I managed it for now.
