You can also get a good enough mouse for cheaper, but if you really want a nice mouse $50 isnt too bad, but a good gaming mouse can be found for cheaper as well: see here

Also save some cash on the monitor, with something like this

use that money that you saved and get a better GPU, just wait a few months and get something like the RX 480.

I'm not really sure how similar they are, as I've used relatively few different types of mice, but the Logitech G300 has been my personal choice for the last several years. The location of the side buttons, instead of ideally positioned for the thumb, takes some getting used to, but otherwise it's a solid, reliable, customizeable mouse and the Logitech software to program the buttons is simple and straightforward.
