I've never seen a combo monopod-tripod that I thought was worth the money. I just don't think the combo is a good design concept - the examples you linked look lightweight and flimsy to me. Even if they don't break, they'll be top-heavy. The "tripod" part is a sort of afterthought, in which the three feet extend not from the top, but from a point most of the way down the central shaft. The Aureday might be the pick of your list, but I don't think I'd put my iphone on any of them - not stable enough.

My advice: Don't use a combo. Get a solidly built, all-metal monopod that's compatible with your gimbal for when you need a monopod. (Sorry, I can't recommend one as I've never needed one longer than the one that came with my gimbal.)

For tripod purposes, get a good, real tripod - one that's made for a real (if smaller) camera. Then you won't run into the weight limit. Right now you're looking at devices that weigh less than the equipment you're trying to support, that's futile. My current two tripods are 4 and 7 pounds respectively. They're metal and made to last, and can be planted solidly with a wide footprint when fully extended. If I'm outdoors and it's windy, I can hang a sandbag for extra stability.

I've had multiple Slik tripods and loved them, I don't think you can go wrong with the brand. Good quality but less money than you'd need to lay out for a really high-end one.

My Slik models come with a cold shoe for easy swapping out of devices. I use my tripod, a cold shoe and this adapter to attach the iphone to the shoe. The way the adapter is constructed lets you mount a phone without blocking any ports, so you can attach whatever you need.
