Retail-branded packs became available via Home Depot and Amazon recently. HD a week or two ago, Amazon this week.
Amazon is a 3M distribution partner. 3M even links to them on their "where to buy" page for the 9205+ retail packs. Just be sure to select a "ships from and sold by amazon.com" item.
Amazon currently has the 3 packs in stock.. for the moment.
All 9205+ are individually wrapped, even the cases of 440 that are available via industrial distributors. If you are going to go the bulk route, the 9210+ is a better option -- the straps are much nicer.
