There are a few "splitter" type devices which accept USB-C from the laptop and outputs Displayportor HDMI alongside a USB-C PD 100W input to power the laptop: - https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0746NM5H9 - https://www.amazon.com/dp/B09BMV12F8 - https://www.amazon.com/dp/B09BMV12F8 - https://www.amazon.com/dp/B09BN6GCW2
But I have not seen the equivalent with USB-C output to the monitor. That would be a great little device. The next generation of USB4 hubs will have this functionality if you can wait a few months:

Otherwise you can get a dedicated USB-C KVM hub device and bypass the one built into the monitor. Or get a Thunderbolt Dock. $$$
Would this serve your use case?
