Probably, assuming all your devices are autoswitching.

I took a power strip like this with me to Europe in 2015 and 2017, and it was a godsend, as my hotel room in Brussels only had one available power outlet, and the apartment we rented in Paris had very limited outlets. It was life-saving compared to just bringing plug adapters.

I plugged in a US Anker USB charger (like this), a couple USB devices and a cheap EU phone with European plug. No worries.

I have three 3 ft, two 6 ft, and one 10ft. 10ft is used on the couch or wherever. It isn't used much but is really handy when you need it. The two 6 ft are used on my nightstand. I also have an Anker 5 port USB charger mounted on the back of the nightstand.

I use one port for my flashlight (rechargable O-Light torch), one port for my smartwatch, one port for 6ft USB C for my personal phone, one port for 6ft lightning for my work iPhone, and the last port is unused. Something like the link below. It is way more convenient when charging many devices, since you only need one outlet. Plus it does 110V-240V so it's great for travel. Only need one adapter for charging all your devices.

I also have a second one on my desk at work that has the three 3 ft cables (micro USB, USB C, lightning) for charging phones/ my Bluetooth headphones while at work. Helpful since I stream a lot of music which will kill a battery.
