The adjustable burner and electric heater are both made for incense and will definitely work. The photos on the adjustable burner are odd as they're typically used with a tealight at the bottom and the resin or wood in the top. They show it with charcoal on top and resin on the bottom which defeats the purpose. Mystifying.
The stone diffuser is similar to the adjustable burner except that it isn't adjustable although you might be able to modify it to give you some flexibility. It will take a while to reach temperature due to the mass of the stone, but will hold that temperature for a while.
A good electric heater is recommended as it gives you control over the amount of heat, can provide heat for extended periods of time safely, and some have auto-shut-off for safety. Good models cost between $60-$70 and while cheaper options are available, there are plenty of reports of excessive heat with prolonged use and insufficient heat to generate scent. Popular choices include the Golden Lotus from Mermade (no auto shut off), and the Heyoka (with auto shut off). The adjustable burner you linked to will provide similar functionality at lower cost.
Here is the similar model on Amazon. You could inquire about one with a longer handle..
