I dont see it on the listing

ships and sold by Amazon. No mention of it coming closed, but a comment does say thats how they received it.
There is a reply to said comment by a razr employee:

Hi. So sorry about this confusion. We investigated and this is what we learned.
The phone is certainly new, but we did adjust some early shipments after learning that the phones traveled better folded than they did open. In this case, it appears that we did a poor job of it. Please accept our apologies for an unsatisfactory unboxing.
We also can confirm that we do not include headsets in the box in this case, so that was not an accidental omission. Should there be any issues with the phone, we stand by it and invite you to contact us for help.
Thanks for choosing Motorola – we hope you enjoy your razr!

So are we sure Amazon is doing the opening? I dont think Amazon would do that, open $1300 phones to close them, and risk damaging them. Its another story if the product has already been used, but this seems weird.
Seems more likely Razr requested Amazon send them back, open them at razr HQ and close the phone, then sent to Amazon again.
