I use the Barrina t5s that I bought on Amazon
The lights you are using are overkill - they are too bright, too many watts, and keeping them enclosed on top of that is making it too hot. Most microgreens only need a little light once they’re a couple inches tall and then you take the cover off and the light just greens them up over the next few days. (Some of them don’t even require anything but the daylight they receive once you take the top off., that’s how little light they need). I use these. There are 8 in the pack so they’re only about $6.50 each.
And I understand about the cats 😉
I got the cheaper version of the barriha lights you can see in your screen shot and they seem to be doing fine. I'd assume these would be ok. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07DNPL2VC?psc=1&ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_product_details
for led lights I use these https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07DNPL2VC/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1 - they work great and we have very good grows.
Also keep in mind where you buy seeds is also important. The lower your cost for seeds the higher your profit margins will be per tray. Too cheap though, and you risk buying low germination rate seeds.
https://www.seedcradle.com has great prices and very high germination rates, for microgreen growers. There's other places (like trueleafmarket), but seedcradle is much cheaper.
I have these from Amazon, I got a six pack and an eight pack. They aren’t as bright per light as the Brain lights but the quantity more than makes up for it. I used them for lighting in the garage. The Braun lights have their place though.
I am brand new to HP growing as well. I have a setup and started with the 8pack of these

I strung them all together and have them about 10" above my three 17 gal totes. Doing DWC method. Things seem to be starting well, but I have no experience so take it with a grain of salt. I saw the lights on a couple of youtube videos. They are 6500K and 2200 lumens each. Have no idea if that is way over/underkill for the greens I am growing. I hope to take some photos and post about it this weekend.
