It seems a bit gimmicky to me unless you have a physical limitation that prevents manual sifting, but there are a few options if you google "electric sifter." Here's one on Amazon.
Alternatively, if you were feeling DIY, I'm sure you could attach a low speed drill, electric screw driver, or other electric motor to a crank sifter. You could also set up something like a drill chuck with a stick in it to repeatedly whack a sieve. I'd still think that unless you were doing this at a large scale, the amount of time to diy or to purchase, set up, and clean an electric sifter would be greater than the time saved, but that's just my take.
