I like red lights for this purpose all you need is 600 nm

That's literally a super bad advice. Stuff similar to what you linked - red light 650 to 850nm is recommended to use during hours BEFORE sleep as a replacement for other sources of light, because it is letting you sleep much easier.
For the morning you need super bright stuff (10k lumens experienced by your eyes), blue-green color (can be full spectrum like all the cheap stuff, but having pure blue-green part of the spectrum is better for reasons explained in another comment)
