Tbh. I think neither is good. If your budget is 20$ I would go with a single item, not a box with a lot of cheap plasticy things. But that's just my opinion. I would say this with a pictureset or this are nice. A clendar is also a nice present. The backpack is also nice.

Mind that this is a opinion of a 25 yo guy, I have no idea what 13 yo girls are interested in... but personally I would go with the pillow.^^
