Seems like it fits what you are looking for. My 2 (ish) cents* for when I was looking for a new monitor are :

  1. Color accuracy and resolution are more important than refresh rate when it comes to video editing.
  2. The ability to calibrate effectively and more than just brightness/contrast is a key need.
  3. HDR is a "nice to have" option for both video editing and gaming
  4. Most monitors today in general have "high" sRGB accuracy but finding monitors that have high P3 accuracy will give you better accuracy.
  5. All monitors can be mounted, provided you are ok using an adapter/getting creative.

With those things in mind, I settled on this one:

A little more costly than the ones you listed, but LG Ultra gears are great monitors and they have a 27" 27GL83A-B for $300 on Amazon. Got a solid review on rtings, ips panel with 1ms response.

Like others have said you'll want a USB-c to displayport dongle and use a displayport cable. Or just a cable like this that supports gsync from USB c to dp

BenQ is what I personally have, but I wouldn’t pay that price for it over the ultragear (ie wait for a sale unless you like it that much more I guess). The HDR is a gimmick on it, so ignore it as a feature.

Both are gsync, but not “gsync” gsync (ie no gsync chip). Which if you don’t know what that means, then I wouldn’t worry about it since you can turn gsync on anyway.

I don’t think 163ppi is happening with 1440p at 27” tho lol. 163ppi is literally 4K at 27”.

Agreed, 144hz is more important to me than 4K. I went with the 144hz 1440p IPS LG monitor when it was on sale for $320 last November. I'm really happy with it, but I'm not sure if you can find it in stock, let alone for that price. I've heard the Dell equivalent is very good too, but more expensive.
