I have found "Whole Again" to be extremely helpful and I cannot tell you how many times I have re-read the book.
And in "Whole Again" he recommends another book "The Untethered Soul" which I have also read and re-read.
Lastly the other really helpful thing that I have been doing is the Headspace app to practice mindfulness techniques every day for at least twenty minutes and some days twice.
