If you are alright with losing a cup holder, the iOttie One Touch system is amazing. I've been using their One Touch holder with various mounts for years.

Since I'm not okay with losing a cup holder, and I still want my phone on my right side within that area between cups and the display, I've currently settled on this with my One Touch mount since the ball joints are the same size.

I'm not 100% satisfied with this, but I have tried 5 different mount setups so far and this has been the best.

I am in the same boat. I've so far tried:

• Magnetic mount - don't like it on the left
• Dash center clip - blocks too much of the dash or has to stick up too high
• Vent mount - not compatible with these vents
• Cup holder (iOttie) - great placement, but interfered with the other cup holder, and I don't want to lose either
• Currently trialing this cup holder mount that provides a bigger holder still - Good placement, cup holder is honestly a little too big and it wobbles more than I expected
• Eyeballing this cup holder mount if the last one doesn't work out
