The deflector DOES help at 60 mph to deflect more wind off torso, but it still is noisy at top of my Shoei Neotec II helmet. Have not played with angle or height since it's fully adjustable. The installation was easy, using the lever to adjust is easy, and it's rock solid, like wouldn't budge at 90 mph. Here are links:
