This is a knife by Albatross and I only got it to flip open and shut, and for that it is good. Solid fidget boi.
The steel is probably garbage but it did cut some real cardboard apart at work when I brought it to see if it had a decent edge (not some thin cardboard shit either, some actual packaging cardboard) but it feels like it would dull out fast for obvious reasons.
A better option for actual cutting would be this Sitivien knife, since it's D2 and looks somewhat ergonomic.
Best option is to just search "D2 knife" on amazon and add whatever else you're lookin for.
Oh and I don't recommend assisted under or around $20 because the only one I had around that price range broke in a few days.
