I assume you are talking about the Thermalright CPU Contact Frame for LGA 1700 kit?

If so, then I believe it doesn't interfere with the installation of our AIO cooler. We do not have any recommendations on whether you need to use this bracket or not, as it is not our product.

Looks good. The cooler is a little more than you'd need for an i5, so could save some money there. I'm not sure about EU availability, but the Deepcool AK620 is usually about $40-50 cheaper and matches the NH-D15's performance. The be quiet! Dark Rock 4 is another good choice. Aesthetically they both look very similar, if that matters to you.

Not entirely necessary, but I always use a CPU contact frame when working with 12th or 13th Gen chips. Avoids the IHS bending issue.

Quality of life sort of thing, if you stick with all Corsair RGB fans, that'll keep all your RGB control under iCUE. I find that consolidating RGB control is nice from a user perspective, and avoids compatibility issues.

Good luck with the build!

That's solid, you're using some of my favorite hardware. Couple of questions, though - do you have work that needs 64GB of RAM? For most general use and gaming 32GB is plenty. I will say though, however much you get stick with just 2 sticks. The new platform and DDR5 have issues with 4 sticks - not always, but often enough. Finally, I'd go with 6000 MHz. It's not huge, but does add some frames.

I'm not sure about availability in the EU, but both MSI and Asus ROG now have PSUs out that have native ATX 3.0 cables. Would save you some cable/adapter headaches. In the US the MSI model is under $200 IIRC, so may not be too bad.

I always use a contact frame on my LGA 1700 builds, avoids the IHS bending/warping issue.

Last thing, I'm going to DM you about something on your list that the mods frown on.
