I've killed the app many times when trying to solve the issue. I'd pull down from the top, hit one of the icons on the lower right, then swipe up and away the Autokit app. Then I'd click it's icon to start it up again.
It's not a consistent fix. Today I unplugged the dongle and plugged it back in and it came right up. Don't know how consistent that will be, but I seem to have had good luck with that in the past.
So, a switch like this might be in order?
