Given what you want to cook, why not keep it simple and get an electric hot pot? Something like this: https://www.amazon.com/Electric-Upgraded-Non-Stick-Temperature-Included/dp/B07MSDMT1G/
Charlotte Tilbury's Matte Revolution lipstick: Everyone knows Pillow Talk but the rest of the line is fantastic and is currently my favorite formula. I'm not sure if I'd really call it that matte, most of the shades I have almost have a satin finish to them or that waxy look a balm can have. It's a very comfortable formula and lasts a long time on my lips. My current favorites are Sexy Sienna (muted coral), M.I. Kiss/Bond Girl (berry), and Pillow Talk Medium which I find looks better on me than the original Pillow Talk.
Denzin Electric Hot Pot: The cooktop on my range went out again, so I bought this because it seemed easier to use/clean than the hot plate I have. For pretty basic everyday stuff, this is a dream to use! It heats up quickly, cooks thoroughly and evenly, and cleans up with just a few paper towels.
Ryka Margo Sandals: These feel like like I'm walking on a cloud. They're so freaking comfortable and I currently have the black but I'm considering other colors. These have also helped with my issues walking due to arthritis and IT band syndrome.

I had been looking at small rice cookers.
Someone on the subredd recommended this 1.5L mini pot for boiling and sautéing https://www.amazon.com/Electric-Upgraded-Non-Stick-Temperature-Included/dp/B07MSDMT1G
