I haven't tried any others, but this is the one I have: https://www.amazon.com/Etekcity-Multifunction-Stainless-Batteries-Included/dp/B0113UZJE2/ref=sr_1_8_0o_fs_mod_primary_alm?dchild=1&keywords=food+scale&qid=1622565589&s=home-garden&sbo=m6DjfpMzMLDmL8pSMKX8hw%3D%3D&sr=1-8
I've had it for years and never replaced the batteries.
hey there! I did this same thing and stressed a lot about what I would need and got quite a bit of stuff. some of it I use or used and other I didn't. Ill list the things I used most first.
Extra long phone/laptop charging cord. This has been a life saver while in and out of the hospital as it's hard to move at first. Having one close or easily at hand so I can lay down and charge all my items has been easy. it's also fast charging.

back scratcher. Not being able to bend can be annoying when you have an itch or something is just out of reach like the blanket. Having this was way more useful than I thought at first. it will be very hard to bend and move as your abs will be super sore.

A loose, long rob!!! this has been amazing. I used it the first night and for the next 4 I was in the hospital. It kept me warm as the hospital blankets sucked. It made it usefull to wrap around me on the mandatory walks you will need to do both in and out of the hospital and it was super comfy.
Bring a blank. The ones they have aren't always good. They can be think and worn.
Since being home having a big pilling to help prop me up for sleeping and just relaxing in a comfy spot has been a life save. the one ill link is the one I found that has worked for me well.

Food scale. You will need to get in the habit of weighing your food for a while post op and when your get to that food stage.

small utensils, helps takes smaller bites when you finally do get to that food stage, im still in full liquid.
I ordered so much and a lot I didn't use. I ordered a binder but it didn't fit even thought I ordered a 2 xl. the hospital used one they had and it was mine to take home.
I got slippers but the hospital socks with the grippy rubber stuff on the bottom worked just fine.
Bring ear buds or AirPods. It helped with deposing off while listening to something soft and being able to drown out the hospital sounds and talking. Night staff can get a little loud talking as its so quiet and they need to entertain themselves somehow.
if I remember something else I will post it but message me if you have any questions. and good luck! it sucks as first and you will be so out of it post op but give it a few days and things will get better.
