Such a product would be very big, and impractical, since although wireless charging is more convenient, it wastes more energy, which defeats the purpose for a powerbank, who’s purpose is to keep your devices charged.

If you really want this product, you could get Anker’s 25W 10,000mAh powerbank, the Anker 3 in 1 MagSafe cube, which is a tiny cube that charges an iPhone, Apple Watch and AirPods all wirelessly at the same time, and to power and charge both, an Anker Nano 3 47W power brick.

The above setup is the closest you can get to the product you described above, even though it’s three products, not one.

I would separate the outlet converter from the USB charger.

The Mogics MA1 outlet converter is the smallest universal adapter I have found for NEMA 5-15. It's worked well over the last year.

I would go for a a GaN USB charger with NEMA 1-15 (US, TW, etc 2-prong outlet) with the power and USB ports that meets your needs. I have been using a 47w Anker 523 with similar gear (MacBook 12" as the laptop) and it's worked pretty well, though with two USB ports I need to juggle devices sometimes to get everything charged. There are numerous companies that are making 65w GaN charges with 2 C and 1 A outlets which are pretty compact and work well such as the Anker 735.
