They are expensive, but having mobility and social interaction is critical to a person.

Looking at the Medline Rollator, the most significant difference is the Ustep has those extra wheels towards the back, so I could see an advantage if falling backward.

I don't have personal experience with the Ustep. I wouldn't add extra weight as it makes it harder to start moving and to stop—engineering trade-off for stability and ease of use. Incline would be more of a challenge.
