Snoo has stopped moving, i've ordered bearings from amazon (links below). but the main thing is that the 3 o-rings on the copper (?) motor shaft that are clearly visible at 15:28 in your video are completely worn down. (the o-rings you touch at 20:28)

In you original post, you put a link for the red o-rings, but do you know what size I need for the 3 o-rings on the motor shaft?

the snoo was working perfectly. I put it in my garage for a bit, and then it starting moving jerkily - and now it doesn't really move much at all. thank you so much! this is an awesome video!
