I have seen something similar from Crownmark, #B5270, but it comes as a complete bed with an upholstered platform-style frame.

They don't sell to the public, but they're pretty common with independent dealers. I work for a little store in NC, where they sell the bed version of this for like a couple hundred bucks, give or take, depending on the size. You can probably find it online, maybe even Amazon. If all else fails, PM me and I'll see what it would cost to ship it.
